Strava
We arrived to the Strava party
a little late but have been using
the iPhone and Droid app the
past month and dig it. It is easy
to use (it syncs automatically
from your iPhone or Droid) it is
intuitive, simple and seamless.
The more we learn about the
product and company the
more intrigued we are. They
have a free trial or a monthly/
yearly subscription.

Go the F*!k to Sleep
If you have kids you know the
drill. If you don’t, you still kind
of know the drill because you
were once a kid and you had/
have parents. In a perfect world
you drop “Skippy” in the crib,
say “Good Nite!” and get back
to the DVR’d “World War II in
Color.” However, Skippy doesn’t
believe in sleep and would rather
torment your soul by somehow
staying awake longer than what
is humanly possible. This is a
book that is sympathetic to all the folks out there
who deal with this on a nightly basis. Pssst...
It has “naughty” language.

SanPellegrino Aranciata
It could be the environmentally insensitive over-use of foil, or the Tron-inspired
blue graphics, or the 16-percent orange juice from concentrate, but we have decided
this Italian beverage could be the greatest post-ride drink ever invented. It’s not too
sweet, has the right amount of “gas” and beats most, if not all, recovery drinks we
have tried lately. And, it’s made in Milan.
